If Only You Knew What Happens Here

I have a pretty substantial vocabulary and can write inspiring pieces. What I can't do is describe the incredible sense of love, connection and hope that is expressed when women in my retreats or workshops share their learning. I have stopped trying not to cry. I just do it if it happens. I don't want to pretend that I am not deeply moved by the inner awakenings that create a seismic shift in each of them. They own it so beautifully and I realize it is ours alone to embrace.

Even if I thought I could muster up a well written account, I know it would require that the reader stop and pause ... to hold a space for the profound awareness that comes from reaching into our souls. Those trying to grasp the message would have to be willing to suspend judgement and consider the possibility that something magical has happened. Because it has.

I know that I share responsibility for the container that makes these changes happen. I designed the program, deliver it, bring in support people and stay fully present to all that unfolds. But I don't do the heavy lifting. They do it and they know that before they get here. I don't take just anyone because you have to be willing to open your heart and mind. You have to have the courage to examine the relationships in your life - the ones that light you up or drag you down. You have to be willing to look at yourself with a new lens to find out what works, what doesn't and what you might want to do about it.

Over the years, I've refined the retreats to provide a powerful learning experience. I'm opening up to new ways of teaching and one thing that will not change is my commitment to
ensuring that meaningful shifts take place. Shifts that are so strong, they don't disappear when you walk out the door. Once you have lived the truth, the truth lives through you. Namaste and much love to all the women of intention who have blessed me with their journey and all those who have yet to follow this path.
